Healing Palms Health Care ensures that only qualified health professionals provide care. Our Staff Undergoes rigorous screening for competence, knowledge, and sensitivity to patient needs, with regular supervisory visits from our nursing management team to maintain quality care. We offer ongoing education and training to keep our staff updated on new therapies and techniques. All staff must pass a competency exam and screening before assignment. We maintain strict performance standards and require drug screens, background checks, and insurance for field nurses. Our employees have at least one year of clinical experience and are oriented by our RN supervisory staff.
