Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.

• Current license as a Physical Therapist issued by Physical Therapy Examining Committee of the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance.

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a health care facility. Home health care experience preferred.

• CPR certified.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.

• Able to effectively perform and prioritize multiple functions or tasks.

• Able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, lift and reach freely.

• Knowledgeable in the principles and practices of physical therapy.

• Current driver’s license, good driving record, professional liability insurance, auto insurance and reliable transportation.

• Maintain Annual Physical Examination, TB test and any other required conditions of engagement and submit necessary updates to HR
